Pauper is a constructed format in Magic: The Gathering in which players build 60 card decks with cards printed at Common rarity.

Event structure and house rules:

• Please check in at the front desk to have a table assigned – no pumpkin-patchin’!
• Participation fee is 5€ per player.
• The number of rounds will depend on how many players there are.
• Each round will last for 50 minutes.
• The event will be capped at 60 people.
• Round 1 begins at 12:45. Please let us know in case of late arrivals so we can accommodate.
• Drinks & snacks are available on location and outside sources are not allowed.
• Be respectful to the space and other people playing

Prizes:

• The tournament fee will be given out as store credit and divided according to the number of participants. If you break even, this guarantees you something.
• Set promotional items will be given out for the top 8 placed finishers, who remain until the end of the event.

Deck Construction:

A Constructed deck contains a minimum of 60 cards, being:

• 60 cards you will shuffle up and start the game within your deck zone.
• Players may have up to a 15 card sideboard
• With the exception of basic lands (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest, and Wastes), your combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than four of any individual card.
