Modern is a constructed format in Magic: The Gathering in which players build 60 card decks with cards from Eighth Edition forward.

DECK CONSTRUCTION

A Constructed deck contains a minimum of 60 cards, being:

• 60 cards you will shuffle up and start the game within your deck zone.
• Players may have up to a 15 card sideboard
• With the exception of basic lands (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest, and Wastes), your combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than four of any individual card.

Tournament Structure

• Participation fee is 10€ per player.
• Entry is by invite only.
• The event will have 4 rounds with a TOP8 cut.
• Each round will last for 50 minutes
• The event will be capped at 16 people.
• Round 1 begins at 12:30. Please let us know in case of late arrivals so we can accommodate.
• Drinks & snacks are available on location and outside sources are not allowed.

Prizes

• Lost Caverns of Ixalan Draft Booster Box will be added to the pot and divided among the Top8
• Set promotional items will be given out for the top 8 placed finishers, who remain until the end of the event.
• All participants will receive a promo card as a door prize.
